Designed Around the Collection

Here, form and function converge in a stunning exhibition of engineering excellence. Meticulously crafted to accommodate bottles of all sizes, The Curve features adjustable depths that ensure secure placement, protect labels and hold the perfect angle. Available in vertical and horizontal configurations, it blends classic and contemporary elements, offering limitless possibilities for a truly bespoke traditional wine cellar design.

Materials and Finishes

Every curve and contour is intentional, shaped in premium hardwood and finished to belong to the home. Species, stain and sheen are sampled beside your flooring, cabinetry and stone before anything is cut.

Lighting is recessed into the curve itself and climate control is built into the millwork, so nothing interrupts the line. See the full range of luxury materials and finishes for custom wine cellars.

The Curve Cellar FAQs

Common questions about commissioning The Curve, from configuration and finishes to cost, climate control and how it compares with Sommelier Select.

What is The Curve?

The Curve is a hardwood cellar design shaped after the contours of a wine barrel. Racking sweeps around the room in a continuous arc, so the collection reads as a single piece of architecture rather than a row of racks.

Is The Curve a traditional or a modern wine cellar design?

Both. The material and craft belong to our traditional collection; the form is contemporary. It sits comfortably in a classic cellar, a transitional dining room or a modern home that wants warmth.

Can The Curve be built vertically and horizontally?

Yes. Both configurations are available, and many rooms use the two together so the curve reads differently on each wall.

Does it hold large format bottles?

Yes. Adjustable depths accommodate magnums and large formats alongside standard bottles, holding each securely and keeping the label clear of the wood.

How much does a Curve cellar cost?

Cost follows the radius, the height, the species, the finish and the complexity of the curved joinery. We provide a full design and a fixed proposal before any work begins. Our guide to custom wine cellar cost covers the main variables.

Does a luxury wine cellar like The Curve need climate control?

For long term ageing, yes. Cooling, insulation and moisture control are designed alongside the millwork, so the wood and the wine are held in the right conditions and the equipment stays out of sight.

Does The Curve suit a residential wine cellar design?

Yes. It was designed for the home first. The radius is drawn to the room, so it works in a basement cellar, a dining room feature wall or a dedicated tasting room, and it can be fitted into an existing space.

How does The Curve differ from Sommelier Select?

Both are hand finished hardwood cellars from the same workshop. Sommelier Select is the linear design, built in straight runs and returns; The Curve carries the racking around the room in a continuous arc.
