Creating a space that is worthy of the bottles it houses—a space where the luxury, the joy, and the art of champagne are celebrated in every detail.

As connoisseurs of fine wine storage, we offer insights into the art of champagne preservation, a testament to our deep-rooted knowledge and history. With nearly three decades of experience, we have encountered a myriad of inquiries from both collectors and connoisseurs. Today, we aim to address these questions, sharing our expertise.

Can I store Champagne and Wine together?:

Yes, you can store champagne and wine together. The ideal temperature for a mixed cellar is around 58°F, balancing the needs of both types of wine.

Champagne Storage Temperature:

The ideal temperature for champagne storage is around 55°F (13°C) to preserve its flavor and effervescence.

Should Champagne Be Stored on Its Side?:

For champagne bottles under 3L, horizontal storage is essential. This method ensures the cork remains moist and expanded, maintaining an airtight seal. A dry cork can shrink, allowing air to seep in and potentially spoil the delicate balance of the champagne.

For bottles over 3L, store them upright to manage the higher internal pressure and maintain cork integrity.
