Genuwine Cellars is a boutique design and build firm located in the heart of North America (49.91586175, -97.00814009). With nearly 20 years of experience designing and building custom wine cellars around North America and the world, we are well-accustomed to working with project managers near and far. We have extensive experience working at a distance with other construction professionals from around the world, including New York, London and Beijing.
Project Managers and Client Representatives generally only contact Genuwine once a project is underway. Genuwine will work with you (the PM or CR) to:
1. Schedule phone and video-chat conferences with various involved builders/consultants/design professionals;
2. Provide project status updates as required;
3. Assist in coordinating work among the various involved trades (NOTE: Genuwine’s design and build process is structured to limit the amount of critical coordination required between different trades in order to eliminate complications);
4. Produce project meeting agendas and minutes; and
5. Schedule work and installations as required.
