Included in every Genuwine Cellars design is a documented design draft and detailed 3D rendering of the project created with our design software for the clients' perusal. Included in this are alternate views with listed options and notable features of the cellar. This design package is intended to begin customer-manufacturer collaboration. The result is the development of a cellar that reflects the manufacturers' expertise and presents the clients' own personal expression of design.
To do this, we perform a preliminary consultation and site visit. We have representatives all across North America , as well as in Europe , dedicated to serving the specific needs of our clients. In our site visits, we qualify the wishes of the client and take full dimensions of the space. This personal touch gives us an idea of the client's tastes, as well as an opportunity to blend their new cellar with their existing décor.
The next stage is design, where we create a computer model of the future cellar. The design and presentation capabilities of the software are extensive and are extremely adaptive to the modification of each design at every stage of blueprint development. This provides the client and designer alike with endless design options and possibilities at a moment's notice, saving valuable time for both parties. Implementing our service also provides the ability to keep a steady, imaginative design process to help craft a design as inspired and ingenious as possible, while limiting the design time to a minimum.
The design service is available to the client after contact with a Genuwine Cellars' sales consultant has been established and the initial design concept has been discussed. A deposit is charged for the completion of the design and for the project layout package issued to the client for imagery clarification and collaboration purposes.
On submission of the final design concept to the client, the quoted price for the project is also included as well as a purchase order form. Half of the design deposit is refunded towards the final project cost on approval of the final design by the client and once the authorized purchase order from the client has been accepted by Genuwine Cellars. |
