A critical dimension to each Kit Rack and Vintage Vault™ by Genuwine is the integrity of the design. Genuwine Cellars has developed a comprehensive design process, founded on the principles outlined in The Art & Science of Wine Cellaring. This three step process serves as a collaborative safety net, providing you with the assurance that your personal wine vault from Genuwine meets and exceeds your highest expectations.
To start the process complete your personal Customer Needs Analysis. At this stage you can expect a knowledgeable, Customer Need's Analysis professional to meet with you to discuss and understand specific design requirements in terms of your ideas, your wine collection practices, dimensions of the space, budget considerations and other technical aspects such as humidity and temperature requirements.
Depending on your product selection, the next step is the development of a one or two phase design plan, incorporating the findings of the Customer Need's Analysis.
In Phase one, concept design and development, we will provide you with a comprehensive, computer generated blueprint in 3D. Here you and your Vintage Vault™ designer can quickly refine, modify or change your Vintage vault™ with near-endless possibilities and options.
Phase two includes the addition of a complete, three dimensional rendering illustrating in intimate detail wood samples, colors and even textures. The rendering will also incorporate a life-like representation of all your design changes and options from phase one.
See something in your blueprints or renderings you want changed? No problem. We’re set up to do that quickly and efficiently before we start manufacturing your Vintage Vault™. That’s your ultimate safety net. It’s only when you are completely satisfied that you’re going to like everything in your personal Vintage Vault™ do we ask you to O.K the final design plan.
